Supported operating systems and web browsers
To provide an optimal user experience, the Motive search layer is only available on devices running operating systems that are still receiving software updates.
For those operating systems, we support the following web browsers:

Plugin requirements
Update your plugin when required to ensure Motive's proper functioning. We support the following versions:

If you have installed any performance plugin that may delay the loading of all JavaScript files and inline scripts until there is user interaction, such as WP Rocket, ensure that the Motive Commerce Search plugin is excluded from delaying execution for Motive to run as expected.
Motive's IP addresses
If you are blocking IP addresses from certain regions, ensure you authorize ours so your shop can connect to Motive.
