Understand Questions AI
Questions AI uses GenAI Conversational Search to suggest natural-language queries tailored to your catalog, brand identity, and customer behavior. This feature enhances your e-commerce Search with GPT without depending on OpenAI, and it supports LLM privacy and self-hosted GPUs.
Each morning, Questions AI generates suggestions automatically—so you don’t have to. You can decide which ones to show, giving you full control over your store's search experience.
The Questions AI page
Click Questions AI in the left-side menu to access the Questions AI page. It displays all the current suggested questions for your account.
You see the following information for each question:
Column | Description |
---|---|

Deactivating questions in the backroom
You can deactivate questions directly in Backroom by using the toggle next to each question under the search bar.
To deactivate a question:
- Click the toggle next to the question you want to deactivate.
- Confirm the action in the confirmation dialog that appears.
note
Bear in mind that once a question is deactivated, you will need to access the Playboard to activate that question again, as it will disappear from your shop straight away.
